Our Pet Hospice Services and Prices
We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and CareCredit. We now offer payment plans through VetBilling.
Phone or email consultations are always complimentary. We’re here to listen and provide you with information and our recommended next steps. If we haven’t met you and your pet, we are unable to make specific recommendations for care. Florida law requires a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

From routine appointments to emergency situations or surgeries, the CareCredit card gives pet owners the peace of mind needed to care for pets big and small. Unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans, the CareCredit credit card gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet’s procedures. You can apply for a card below or pay your bill right here on our website! Clients must have an invoice to use the “Pay Now” button.
Scratchpay offers simple and affordable payment plans for veterinary bills. Finding your payment plan does not affect your credit, takes just a couple of minutes and can be done from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
We understand that not everyone can afford to pay in full for veterinary services on the day they are received. That’s why Helping Hands Pet Hospice is offering convenient, interest-free payment plans through VetBilling. Arrangements for the payment plan must occur before the visit takes place.
All payment plans require:
1. A 50% deposit plus any cremation upgrades (engraving, special urn, etc) or extras payable at the time of the visit (cash, check, credit card)
2. A $25 enrollment fee collected by VetBilling within 48 hours of the visit
3. Payment in full within 90 days – 3 monthly payments after deposit
4. $3 convenience fee collected by VetBilling with each monthly payment
5. Two forms of payment (primary and backup): checking account, savings account, credit card, debit card are all accepted
6. Driver’s license that matches address and checks/credit cards to verify account information at visit
7. The person making the agreement must sign the payment plan in person at the visit
